In Nov. 2022, CultureAmp started its Junior Engineering program again, it's called CampUs. This time, CultureAmp partnered with a program called [WithYouWithMe](https://withyouwithme.com/) to bring five Junior Engineers to work at CultureAmp. Throughout their time at CultureAmp, there will be a series of learning curricula, and one of those was learning about Frontend development and specifically ReactJS. I've been fortunate to be contributed as a technical mentor for these talented individuals. In this short post, I'll share a bit of my experience becoming a technical mentor at CultureAmp

It's almost the end of the first month of 2023. Last year was an interesting year for me. I have had some highs and lows, but overall it's been a memorable journey. It has been a while since I have written a blog post on my blog with my reflections. I like to look back on my life in 2022 to see what has happened and, like everyone else, try to come up with a resolution for a better 2023. These are some of my main highlights throughout 2022.

As the world enters a new normal where COVID-19 force everyone to practice social distancing, many companies, especially technology companies, now have required all of their employees to working from home. This routine also applies to my work at Culture Amp, where we have started required everyone to WFH since three weeks ago. In this post, I'll share a bit on what's going on in the last three weeks after going full-remote at work.

This month marks my one year time with Culture Amp. Culture Amp is a tech company based in Melbourne, Australia that builds an employee feedback platform. The Culture Amp platform helps companies to collect, understand and act on their employee feedback to develop a Culture-First company. I still remember when I joined the company as an intern while I’m still finishing my Master of Information Technology course at The University of Melbourne. It’s been a great experience since then, where I learn a lot about real-world data science applications, and organizational psychology and experienced directly the time when the company is in its hyper-growth without losing its core values. This month is the end of 2018, and within this post, I’d like to take a bit of reflection on my experience at Culture Amp and share an exciting plan that I’m looking forward to in 2019

This is very exciting to me; I just move into new blog host and new blog as well. I’ve been on and off for blogging for the last couple of years. But this year, along with my decision to take a master degree, I want to start a new fresh chapter of my blog. First of all, I’m going to move from Jakarta, Indonesia to Melbourne, Australia to continue my education.
